• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (U.S. only).

• Shipping Rates:

  • $4.99 flat rate for orders under $30

  • Free shipping on all orders over $29.99. It is automatically applied at checkout through our discount system. No code needed.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on soap, balms, or skincare items once they’ve left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at bullcutsoap@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
